Action in the district court for Ramsey county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff arising out of an auto accident involving a car driven by plaintiff, in which defendant Walter Butler was a passenger, and the auto of defendant Torg Knudsen. The case was tried before Royden S. Dane, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $54,000 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying his motion for a new trial, defendant Butler appealed.
